What's this?

This dancemix is in general a kind of greatest-hits-compilation in a special way. Burned in a proper way to an Audio-CD you will have a continous flow of music, without gaps interrupting it. Most of the tracks are not complete in this way, it's faded in and out often after half of the original track. For this, every original track was speeded up or down a little bit at overlapping points for matching the drumbeats. The special technique used to do this prevents the audience from really realizing the speeding.



Continuing with the normal flow of mixes interrupted last week with the Numan-mix, this week it's TEARS FOR FEARS. Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith joined in 1981 and created a band, wellknown through the 80s. Starting slowly with the first three singles from "THE HURTING", they were wellknown after their second album "SONGS FROM THE BIG CHAIR" because of their typical melodic style. Their third album "The Seeds Of Love" made it perfect then. After touring for this album they went different ways in 1990, they made several solo projects, but Roland Orzabel also continued in using the bandname alone and released some TFF-albums. However in 2004 they joined again for the album "EVERYBODY LOVES A HAPPY ENDING". Hopefully this continues.

The content of this mix based mainly on the albums named above and their compilations. Additionally I added some songs from "ELEMENTAL" (1993) and "RAOUL AND THE KINGS OF SPAIN" (1995), two albums I like really much.

I am working currently on the next mix, there is still some more material waiting, so normally on friday a new mix will be uploaded by me. Thanks for the comments and the constructive critics. I want to thank all the seeders helping me. It is impossible for me to give all my torrents a seed, hope there are some "real fans" outside, seeding their favourite mixes for a long time and protecting it in this way from dead.
