Well this episode gets the request quota. We now have a fully compatible base mp4 series out there. Admittedly the bitrate slips down as low as 1.5k on one episode. but generally it's good and on THIS(final) episode I saw where that slippage was occurring and upped the rate again. encoding to 2kb/s So a good way to end it. If anyone wants h265 or subbed versions let me know. And to the person who requested this, if any of the episodes don't meet your requirements ,let me know and I will do another one ;) happy MP4
