sadly, this is true... well for the most part. In fact those games have quite nothing in common, while Oblivion is a game with an open world, this one is made of levels. Just as Dishonored for example. But what you said still is true, because not everyone knows that and many must have thought that those games were about the same. Btw, one of my greatest experiences ever= play this game.
