just got a solution with 3 troubleshoots dont know which was the problem
1.disabled eset smart security & malwarebytes
2.choosed the another crack not reloaded one
3.chosed the drive from browsing ei. i was writing the place my self like d:gamesdark souls II
when i chosed the browse @ chosed drive d: it was like

I tried changin the crack didnt work....theres no other drive for me.....but i changed its folder and didnt work
