Michelle doodt per ongeluk drie van haar vrienden in
een verschrikkelijk auto-ongeluk tijdens het rijden onder
invloed. Nadat ze uit een rehabilitatie kliniek is ontslagen
neemt ze op aanraden van haar raadsman een baan. Ze
belandt in een herenhuis met drie psychotische familieleden
die haar fysiek martelen om haar te zuiveren van haar zonden.
