The case is a young girl looking for her father as he seems to have to disappear. Will they be able to sove the mystery? Somehow the mystery of the father's disappearance may also have to do with a plot that could threaten the world's future. The novel is a classic steampunk story. There are several gadgets and inventions powered by steam. It also hints that there is something suspicious about Jack's parents death. The story is several pages long but it did not seem that way.
