*How is a ~800MB movie 1CD rip?

Well, Every 80min/700MB standard CD-R has 800MB of memory. Usually the 'extra' hidden 100MB is used for error correction, which of course is not needed in our case. So a movie of size of up to 810MB(.bin) would rather effortlessly fit onto your 80min CD-R.



*But this file is sized ~900MB, would it fit?

Yes, this file would fit. The Bin/Cue is a "CD Image" file system that doesn't necessarily reflect the original file size of the underlying MPG video. This file measures about 786MB, so it will fit in a single 700MB/80min CD-R just fine.



*How to burn Bin/Cue in one 80min/700MB CD-R?

To burn to disc using Nero just right click on the Cue file which will be the smaller of the 2 then choose "OpenWith" and browse to your Nero Burning ROM (possibly just called Nero.exe) file. It's recommended to burn at no more than 8x, if you burn at a faster speed this may impair the quality and make the video pixel Ted.
