I ran it through a DeFlicker filter which lessened the strobe effect quite alot. The Contrast was a bit high (too many flares) so I lowered that, and the skin tone seemed too pink, so I decided to lower the hue. I have included a same scene sample so you could see the difference and decide for youselves if it is worth the download or not. Keep in mind the strobe effect is not completely gone but it is alot better than it was, and, will no doubt cause alot less seizures.
