there is an error in the KillerShark.duf files, nothing that the seeder could help.
If you are adventurous you can go to:
My DAZ 3D LibraryPeopleGenesisCharactersKillerSharkKillerShark.duf
open with a text editor and replace the line
/data/DAZ%203D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/Joequick/KillerShark.dsf#KillerShark
with
/data/DAZ%203D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/Joequick/KillerShark/KillerShark.dsf#Kil

The author is usually pretty good about this stuff (i have rhino and it is nice)
BTW, no need to downvote the torrent for the vendor's mistake.
