Removed because I had been under the impression that it contained information that traced back to the user account it was purchased with. If I am wrong then I would really appreciate being corrected. And I did test, the files will work without it.

There had been some discussion of it on this site before, but apparently I got a little confused about which file was the one needing removal. If you need the Manifest.dsx files I can post them in a separate torrent for you.
