Dazed and Confused 1993 in 1080p, encoded with x265 in HEVC and AAC 5.1 English + Extras, with subtitles!
Encoded using the time consuming 2 pass, 10 bit color at 2000 kbps, from a Blu-ray source, for the highest quality possible.
Note:
For this one i did 2 encodes. The first one was of the full bluray of the universal release,
that's also where i got the extras from. The second encode was from the SADPANDA encode of the
Criterion release.
Since in my opinion the Criterion transfer of the movie is superior i went with it for the
movie itself. Since i don't have access to the full disc, i added the extras from the universal
release. Since this isn't the FULL criterion release with it's extras and commentary i wont
label this as "Criterion" like i usually do. If and when i get access to the full disc i will
do another encode including all the extras.
