Man i sick and tired of windows 7 i tried copying the files to the dead island folder and I ran it as admin and im also logged into admin but it says cannot move steam.api.dll it requires admin privileges

Turn off your anti virus for a minute then copy it over,Close the folder then run the game as admin
If u still have problems then add steam.api.dll to your exceptions list on your anti virus
