i really want to download this but with so few forthcoming details about changeing the language it looks like a waste of time (i see that you answered a question but then the guy specifys that he cant check english in set up)

The installer is in Russian. Game will be in English if you choose that option in the installer.

You can try editing the registry and/or cracked ini file.

You can't change the installer language I'm afraid, but it's really straight forward. Check some youtube videos about XaTaB repacks, I'm sure it will help. You can't change the language of the game after it's installed I believe.
