Description
Defiance is een Amerikaanse science-fiction serie van de zender Syfy
Defiance speelt zich af op een toekomstige aarde, Defiance introduceert kijkers aan een wereld die bewoont is door mens en alien die samen op dezelfde planeet leven die door oorlog helemaal verwoest is en ook nog getransformeerd is door buitenaardse machines die de wereld omploegen zodat die volledigtoegespitst is op de aliens. Het verhaal draait om Jeb Nolan, een soort Sherrif die probeert de orde te handhaven in deze nieuwe wereld. Nolan is een voormalig marine officier die mee gevochten heeft tegen de binnen dringende aliens. Tijdens deze oorlog heeft hij zijn vrouw en kind verloren. Dit trauma heeft hem veranderd tot een eenling in deze nieuwe en gevaarlijke wereld...
