1. Download the file and rename it as update.pkg
2. Copy this file to sd card
3. Turn off dell streak and put sd card into it
4. Enter recover mode by pressing Volume Up & Power Button Simultaneously until a menu appears
New Select second option update from update.pkg
Tablet will start verifying and installing your software when finish tablet will restart.
