Design Advisor

This's a file that extracts the files needed for use an old application that you execute with the System Command called Design Advisor.

Between all the extracted files, you must open a file called "DE.EXE"

It's on a .zip file because this file is web seeded and for that it was needed to convert the file into a .zip one.
