Desperate Measures 1998 720p HDTV x264 DTS Shadoe mkv

So I'm a huge fan of this movie for many personal reasons, but also think that it's a highly under-rated performance by Michael Keaton and Andy Garcia. Anyway, for this reason, I looked everywhere for an HD copy of this movie. After a couple years of looking, I finally found an 720p HDTV rip from a Russian tv station. Unfortuantely it was also in Russian. So I grabbed my DVD and ripped the sound out in ENGLISH and re-sycned to this encode and then remuxed it without re-encoding the original video. Now this is the best copy out-to-date quality-wise, HOWEVER there are a couple issues with the original video and they are as follows (these are minor, but I feel obligated to mention these so no one complains or gives a negative rating when they were WARNED):
1) @ 2:44-2:45 there's a slight mirroring in pixels in upper-right hand part of picture for a split second (not really distracting)
2) @ 18:48-18:51 there are a couple frame skips and slight pixelation, audio goes oos for half a second and it had to be otherwise I had to either cut dialgoue or speed it up to the point where it sounded like a chipmunk(slightly distracting)
3) @ 35:22-35:23 frame skip (not really distracting)
4) @ 37:50 frame skip (not really distracting)
5) @ 51:57 frame skip (not really distracting)
6) @ 1:09:25 frame skip (not really distracting)
7) @ 1:11:10 frame skip (not really distracting)
8) @ 1:24:43 frame skip (not really distracting)
9) @ 1:30:01-1:30:03 massive pixelation across the whole picture for a second (slightly distracting)
It seems to me like the original rip was done on a computer that was just not powerful enough to keep up with the encode or was massively over-loaded, however, it's still the best copy out and fans of the movie will appreciate the 720p quality. I also resynced ENGLISH subtitles to this rip.
