Playback Errors (Likely Error in stream during encode, or error in decoding while passing through AVS script?)
Errors show up exactly at 1:27:39 after frame from scene change and video errors continue from there.

Video is excellent up to that point which makes it a deal-breaker. Tested on 5 different video players. All have identical problems with no reports of dropped frames or errors, so I'm guessing the problem was with the source decoding, and it was encoded that way.

Audio 9 (AC3 vs DTS) almost a 10
Video 1 (Errors during the Encoding process, Video has problems)

Hope the original encoder of this torrent can do a re-code and work out the bugs.
