as everyone noticed the ar is way off. after trying a lot with different aspects i noticed its very simple, the source is 4:3 and not 16:9 so by just changing the aspect to 4:3 and correcting the 16:9 width it gets as it should be.
i cleaned the audio from hiss, hum and noise, got 80% rid of it. more would attack the voice clearance. but its better now.
