Raita Kazama, a goofball detective with the help of his unwilling nextdoor neighbour (also called Raita) and his two assistants are trying to solve a series of murders in which female victims have their organs removed. Seeking the advice of a Hannibal Lector type figure Raita and gang are lead to suspect a famous and eccentric artist who is said to use real blood to mix his paint.
