This volume deals with developmental aspects of entrepreneurship. Development of entrepreneurship and an entrepreneurial environment play significant roles in the economic development and growth of a nation.
Creating an environment of entrepreneurship can provide solutions to problems such as poverty, illiteracy and unemployment that hinder the growth of a nation. This volume also argues that entrepreneurial ability can be instilled in anyone willing.

Achieving such an environment requires an enterprising attitude. Family, society, social institutions, governance and leadership play an important role in enabling individuals as well as enterprises to expand their business operations. This consequently facilitates nation building.

This volume is a compilation of 13 papers written by management scholars, faculty and researchers, managers, consultants and administrators. The chapters constitute their research findings, thoughts and experiences.
