Neogenesis on September 27th. Having been a relentless force within the Swedish scene for 17
years and releasing albums for over a decade, DIABOLICAL have never ceased to progress,
constantly improving and renewing their expressive and furious metal, which in turn has given
them brilliant reviews and considerable recognition in Sweden and across Europe. With
Neogenesis an entirely new way of presenting music will be revealed to the world, and
DIABOLICAL will break new ground both musically and thematically. Neogenesis will
doubtlessly be one of the most interesting metal releases of 2013.

The first ever literary concept album.

Neogenesis is a groundbreaking literary concept album. Apart from being a music album with a
collection of songs it is also a book. The book is a novel telling the story of the end of the world
and what lies beyond. The book is written by Diabolical guitarist Carl Stjärnlöv and each
chapter of the book is represented by a song on the album. With this daring and innovative
move, Diabolical are raising the bar for concept albums with Neogenesis and redefines the very
foundation of what a music album is. The album will be released as a Media Book with a CD
bundled together with the physical book.
