Plot :

A successful Manhattan couple, lawyer Paul Michael Morgan (Hugh Grant) and real estate agent Meryl Judith Morgan (Sarah Jessica Parker), are separated due to Paul's infidelity. After dinner one night, Meryl and Paul witness the murder of one of Meryl's real estate clients. Then they become targets of contract killer Vincent (Michael Kelly) and must enter the Witness Protection Program.

Paul and Meryl are relocated to the small town of Ray, Wyoming and placed temporarily under the protection...

Trama :

Nella metropoli newyorkese, l'avvocato Paul (Hugh Grant) e l'agente immobiliare Meryl Morgan (Sarah Jessica Parker) sono una coppia di successo, il cui matrimonio è in crisi a causa delle difficoltà ad avere un bambino e dell'infedeltà del marito. L'uomo cerca comunque di farsi perdonare, ed una sera dopo una cena insieme, i due diventano i malcapitati testimoni di un omicidio. L'FBI inserisce i coniugi nel programma di protezione testimoni, costringendoli a lasciare la città per trascorrere una settimana al sicuro, in attesa che il killer venga arrestato, e successivamente intende assegnare loro un'altra identità "definitiva".

Con il cognome "Foster", i due vengono inviati a Ray, minuscola cittadina del...
