"When South African rap-rave group DIe Antwoord released their Zef Remix of Mims' "This Is Why I'm Hot (respectfully retitled "Dis Iz Why I'm Hot), I was a tad bit disappointed that they had chosen to rhyme over a beat by one of my least favorite one hit wonders of all time. When they released the acapella version online and encouraged fans to make their own remixes, I jumped at the opportunity. After making my remix, I synced the audio to the video they shot for their version and the Evil Arcade Remix was born. I made 50 physical copies of the remix and its instrumental and gave them away for free to fellow fans at Die Antwoord's Halloween show in Chicago in 2011. All thanks goes to Ninja and Yolandi for creating such unique material for me to play with!"
