Siegfried plot summary:
Siegfried, son of King Sigmund, hears of the beautiful sister of Gunter, King of Worms, Kriemhild. On his way to Worms, he kills a dragon and finds a treasure, the Hort. He helps Gunther to win Krimhild, a mask that makes him invisible proves to be very useful. But because Brunhild is cursing Kriemhild, she tells her what really happened. Now Brunhild wants Siegfried's head. Is Gunther going to do her that favor?

Kriemhilds Rache plot summary:
After Siegfried's dead, Kriemhild marries Etzel, the King of the Huns. She gives birth to a child, and invites her brothers for a party. She tries to persuade Etzel and the other Huns, that they kill Hagen, the murderer of Siegfried, but he is protected by her brothers. A fierce battle begins to force her brothers to give Hagen to her.

Comment:
I made this from a previous Blu-Ray-rip I found, which was at 6 and 7 GB respectively. I got fed up with seeding like hundreds of GB's when really not necessary. So I experimented a bit, and made some roughly 18 hour long "re-codings" of these original files, and boiled it down to like 1,4 and 1,4 GB files instead. According to me, there's really no telling any difference between the original files and these, except for file size of course.
I am by no means any sort of "pro moviemaker", so I excuse for any stupid choice of codecs (and "media info") etc. But these have been working fine as far as I've tried them out.

I embedded the English subtitles - not hardcoded - but you should be able to pop them up in many - or most - players that support subtitles. I can even use them in "MX Player" on my Android phone. If you can't get them showing, I am pretty sure you can find them elsewhere. These are the restored versions issued by the Murnau Stiftung in 2012.
