Discovery Channel Finding Amelia Earhart

This is documentary, from the Discovery Channel, about the efforts of researchers who attempt to find out what happened to Amelia Earhart. This show focuses on the efforts of researcher Richard E. Gillespie in his quest to prove that Earhart and Noonan crash landed on a remote, South Pacific island and died as castaways. There are other, competing theories, the most popular being that the two were captured by the Japanese and ultimately executed. This is an .avi file - excellent video and audio quality.
