As u probably know the DivX codec is free as is the player.
However some of the player functions require registration.
In the pro bundle u also get the Converter & web player.
The Converter can be very useful for converting ur vids to DivX
though not all formats r supported.
I was unable 2 find the specs on the web site,
however, it should run wiin all, x64 no idea.
