With official errata v1.1 added to the specific pages (as Acrobat Reader sticky notes).

I download it from a Czech site, so I don't know who to credit.
I just tweaked a bit the bookmarks and the cropping. I also added the errata. All the rest of the credit goes to whoever made it. I just put it here for the rest of the world, because I was looking for it from quite a long time.
