The Next Doctor The Time Lord travels back to Victorian England, where he suffers a strange case of deja vu when he encounters a man who calls himself the Doctor, brandishes a sonic screwdriver and travels with a cockney companion named Rosita. But they are not the only familiar characters, as he discovers when the dreaded Cybermen turn up.
