Why are the voices sped up? I compared with the Trailer and the voices sound like little kids.

I think it's because of the NTSC (23,976 frames per second) to PAL (25 fps) that sped up the voices... I thought all Blu Rays would be 24fps or 48fps or 60fps, since movies are recorded digitally, and less analog from 35mm film...
