In the Season finale (have to wait for the X-mas special to fully wrap up the series storyline), it is Lady Mary who get called out (FINALLY!!) for spending most of her time being a gigantic bitch! Aunt Violet is called back from her French tour to try to settle the spat that breaks out between Mary and her unlucky sister Edith, who's future is destroyed when Mary lets out the truth about Marigold. A further development, as loyal butler Carson puts it is "there are suicidal footmen in the attic".....
