Go into your Control Panel and Go into Performance Information and Tools and click on Adjust Visual Effects. Than check "Show Translucent Selection Rectangle". Than follow README instructions. And Reboot. It should work. Maybe I missed something.

Hey Buddy,

You can only use video files that are WMV, MPG files do not work, so either use only WMV or convert MPG to WMV. Thanks for the software AdamKeen!
