I believe that this is the normal size for DPS, the other size comes with some programs to install.
This one comes just with the drivers, personally i'll keep this one because not always the programs are up-to-date, and the size helps!

removed unnecessary drivers like "video server", "video other" and another drivers you never use or use rarely... and also removed software(antivirus, browser, player and etc.) and it is the latest version...
