Drop Dead, Gorgeous is a post-hardcore band from Denver, Colorado. They have released an ep Be Mine Valentine and two studio albums, In Vogue and Worse Than a Fairy Tale.The band's name is a play on the phrase "drop-dead gorgeous". They released their first EP entitled Be Mine, Valentine in January 2006, followed by their first full length album in May 2006, In Vogue.



This album is for fans of Norma Jean, Botch, As Cities Burn, Circle Takes the Square, Every Time I die, Poison the Well, etc. Be Mine Valentine is an EP full of hardcore first swinging music.



From The second the opening track on this EP comes kicking and screaming into life you know you've discovered something special, Proper fist pumping, razor sharp emotional hardcore and even more amazingly from guys so young some hadn't even finished highschool when they recorded this.

The only weakness of this EP is that at just over 12 minutes it is too short [then it is an EP] but the songs are so good you'll forgive this and play over and over again and remember why you fell in love with hardcore to start with. Expect big things from these guys in the future.
