DS9-sample2

DS9 samples of encoding, 10bits, i kept PAL DVD anamorphic resolution 720x576.

I have choosen final encoding parameters
video bitrate is 800 kbps.
Thanks to yadif and hqdn3d filters to stabilize a bit chroma flip-flop and vibration artefacts due to de-interlacing.

Bframes limit fixed to 5 after some encoding tests.

all DVD audio lang will be included : stereo file will be encoded with the now stabilized, better than HE-AACv2 and free codec opus
stereo to 64kbps
5.1 to 160kbps

all availables subtitles coming from the sources will be included.
