Trzymajaca w nieustannym napieciu, kontynuacja przebojowego horroru.

Po tajemniczej stracie domu rodzinka Freelingów zamieszkuje u matki Diany Jess. Pewnego dnia babcia odkrywa u Carol Anne dziwne zdolności oraz mówi jej, że to już u nich rodzinne. Kilka godzin później umiera. Zaraz po tym zdarzeniu w miejscu ich zamieszkania zaczynają dziać się dziwne rzeczy. Rodzina wie już co się wydarzy. Robią wszystko, aby ponownie nie stracić córki. Moce nadprzyrodzone są jednak silniejsze i nie spoczną póki nie porwą Carol Anne. Jednak do pomocy wkracza Tangina Barrons wraz ze swoim towarzyszem Taylorem.
