This was personally encoded by me, Carjacker, from the Retail Season 4 Edition DVD set.
In all, 10 of the 11 Season 4 episodes are included on this two-disc collection, including such episodes as "Till Duck Do Us Part," "Termite Be a Problem" and "Quack O' Lanterns. (Inexplicably absent: Episode 11, the Christmas-themed "O Little Town of West Monroe.")
