It works fine for Windows 64bit (86x is 64bit).

For me it prevented the crashing however the bad performance stuck around for me. To get better performance I turned the view distance to the lowest possible and it doesn't look any different but nearly doubled my FPS.

That would be an error to do with DirectX so make sure you installed the correct version for the game.

The save files for the ^^nosTEAM^^ version should be located under the installation folder in Dying Light>Profile>nosTEAM>Saves

I tried searching Google for other known save locations however I had no luck doing so. (It may be worth you attempting though).
