opis:

A young man and his sister learn that the man that they've always thought
of as their grandfather was in fact the second husband of their grandmother,
and that their biological grandfather was a kamikaze pilot who died during the war.
They decide to find out more about him but get conflicting accounts from his
former comrades-in-arms about what kind of man he was and how he ended up in
a kamikaze squadron.

Film opowiada historię Kentaro (Haruma Miura) i Keiko (Kazue Fukiishi), rodzeństwa
poszukującego informacji o swoim dziadku Kyuzo (Junichi Okada), który zginął podczas
drugiej wojny światowej. Wspólnie próbują dociec, czemu zdecydował się na wstąpienie
do wojska pomimo swojego strachliwego usposobienia i odkrywają szokujące fakty,
skrywane przez 60 lat.

Ja dodam od siebie ,że jest przekłamani w filmie, (może sie mylę) jednak to co czytałam
o kamikadze, samolot który wystartował do misji samobójczej nie mógł wylądować.

Jednak ten film, jest jednym z najlepszych w histori kina jaki widziałam.
