Quality: As this is the restored version, the rip is noticeably better

than anything based off prior commercial releases. (Steer clear of that

horrible "full DVD9" floating around out there; it's an incredibly bad

700mb old bootleg rip converted back into a hideously bloated VOB-set.)



Soundtrack note: "El Cid" was out-of-print for a very long time; this

includes the original Miklos Rozsa score. There are apparently bootleg

CDs out there containing badly mistimed or mispitched music. There may

also be conductors who're orchestrating his score at the wrong speed.

...I dunno; I just know that the stuff I've heard so far sounds rotten.
