This is a story about emotions, experiments, supernatural beings, blood, death, and not least Diclonius.



This Manga start when "Lucy", a dicloni, is grown up and being held in a facility cause of her rage against Homo Sapiens. She escapes when one of the guards loses his cellphone inside the perimeter of Lucy, she got vectors(arms/hands that is going throughout her back. The vectors can lift, cut, go through human tissue, throw and punch much harder than an average human being) and kill the guard while he's trying to get the phone back.



They are trying to stop her while she is espacing the facility, but fails miseribly. An last attempt to get her is that to shoot a 50. Caliber to her head, since the the normal bullets just bounces off by the vectors. The 50. bullet hits her helmet by the side and not the back, and she lands in the ocean. Kouta and his cousin is on a tour on the beach and dicover Lucy, beside this time, Lucy has lost all of her memories and have lost all her hostility against humans...
