Regular key maker for this software quit. This is from a new source. It is known that Windows 10 patching has troubles. Also patching under x64 bit OS known to have troubles. Therefore, I have included patched files just in case. If second patching (that is applied after installation finishes) fails, copy-paste these files. It works.

You will need lots of empty space in your C drive *even if* you're not installing there.

30 GB of free space (for Delphi-only Professional SKU)
50 GB of free space (for studio SKU with mobile)
