VH1 taped their sixth Hip Hop Honors show at BAM, a tribute to Def Jam on the occasion of the label’s 25th anniversary. The show aired last night, and the evening’s best performance has got to be this rendition of LL Cool J’s “Rock the Bells” by The Roots, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Eminem. Although KRS-ONE, Wale, Gym Class Heroes and Travis McCoy doing “No Sleep Till Booklyn” is pretty awesome.
