This release is ripped from the Dolby Atmos Demonstration Disc (September 2015). It contains the Dolby Atmos track, a Dolby Digital Plus track and a Dolby Headphone track. I've re-encoded the video track and muxed it to BDAV (M2TS) with tsMuxer because at this moment Handbrake, MakeMKV and MKVToolNix don't fully support Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus. You'll need a Dolby Atmos and/or Dolby Digital Plus capable receiver or mediaplayer to playback the first two tracks with 7.1 audio.
Note: Most Mediaplayers don't fully support Dolby Digital Plus and see it as a regular 5.1 track (the core). When you open it with tsMuxer you'll see that it's a DD+ track (Bitrate: 1280 Kbps, Core bitrate 640 Kbps, Sample rate: 48 Khz, Channels: 7.1).
The third audio track and the two separate FLAC tracks are Dolby Headphone conversions made by me.

"Bailando" (English: "Dancing") is a song by Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias for his tenth studio album Sex and Love (2014). The original Spanish version features the Cuban artists Descemer Bueno and Gente de Zona. The song was written by all of the artists, while production was handled by Carlos Paucar. It was released by Universal Republic Records as the sixth single from the record. As of 24 August 2014, there are three other versions of the song that have been released to the music market besides the original Spanish version. The Spanglish version (this release) features Jamaican singer Sean Paul. According to the IFPI, Bailando was the tenth best-selling song of 2014 with sales of 8 million copies worldwide.

Accompanying music videos for both, the Spanish and the Spanglish versions of "Bailando" were filmed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The music video is directed by Cuban producer Alejandro Perez, under Enrique Iglesias' longtime collaborators creative director Yasha Malekzad & executive producer Kasra Pezeshki. The music video was produced by Artist Preserve, London. The featured dancers are from Havana's Ballet Lizt Alfonso. The lead girl in the video is Ana Karla Suarez. The video production in the Dominican Republic was produced by Aquiles Jimenez. The Spanish version of the video has been viewed over 1.44 billion times while the English version of the video has received 180 million views as of June 2016. It is his most viewed video on YouTube, surpassing his 2010 hit "I Like It". The Spanish version of the video was the second most viewed music video on YouTube in 2014 behind Dark Horse by Katy Perry, and ninth overall in YouTube history. "Bailando" became the first Spanish-language music video to have been viewed over a billion times.
