ePSXe 1.7.0 (with working gameshark, codebreaker, action replay)

INSTALLATION:
EXTRACT using winrar or 7-zip (www.7-zip.org, it's free)
run "ePSXe.exe"
configure it selecting plugins (any will do)
then go to file/run iso, and select an iso file/bin file you want to run
and play

ALL PLUGINS, BIO's AND MEMORY CARDS are included!
