It is only Update and you must have 1.19.2.1 or 1.19.2.1s to install the update

Installation Instruction's
1. Extract the .7z file and open the folder update
2. Run the update program and select the directory where you have installed the game
3. Now open the Crack folder and copy all the files to the game directory
4. That's all. Enjoy
