I can't see europe...or anywhere else but Asia for that matter. It's only showing a grid type thing with a bunch of banners with words.

I'm confused. It says to unrar, but it's not a rar file. Do I just place in the program files folder and play it?

what is DLC ?? can someone please explain ? and which one should i download the FLT version or this one ?

I didn't wind up using this release. I used fairlight instead with the 3DM 1.3.1 update and the fairlight crack. This method renders two of the DLC packs unuseable, sadly, but avoids use of the risky 3DM crack.
