1) Open the "1 VLC Player" folder and install the VLC Player program. (Note: To uninstall VLC player you need to go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. There is no default uninstall.exe.)
2) After installation is complete, open the program.
3) In VLC Player, go to File > Quick Open File, and browse the AVI file of the movie.
Selecting the avi file will prompt VLC to read the SRT (Subtitle) file when watching the movie.
Keep in mind that this is a fan-made subtitle release, not the "OFFICIAL" translation. You will notice that background voices and minimal chatter was not translated. Still, it's good quality and very accurate.
4) If the subtitles ever stop working, reopen the AVI. This only happened to me once.
5) IMPORTANT: KEEP THE AVI AND SRT FILES IN THE SAME DIRECTORY OR ELSE VLC PLAYER CANNOT PUT THEM TOGETHER.
6) Enjoy! I also threw in Utada Hikaru's CD, Shirou Sagisu official soundtrack and the Japanese Script for those who need alittle more.
