Actually I just realized this is a download from the youtube video. It has odd jerks between 10 minute segments and the "fair use" disclaimer at the front obviously wasn't on the DVD. I'll try to get a proper DVD rip up.

I did not experience any pausing. I used VLC on Win 7 x64.

It's 640x360 @ 15fps, audio is 96kbps. Not the best copy - kind of fuzzy - but the movie is 99% people talking anyway.
