EYES OF FIRE

Settlers stumble across a valley that has cabins built, but no inhabitants , and after moving in to the valley even the local natives won't venture into, they soon find out what happened to the other settlers. And it ain't good. But among them, and unknown to them is a Irish fairy, or witch. And she senses the evil presence and protects the worthy settlers as she prepares herself to do battle with the devil witch who controls the souls of the other captured settlers which she has condemned to reside in trees, until needed to do her bidding. A rare movie, but well known to those looking or it. And even those who aren't will find it a gem. Though I feel they should have elaborated more on the origin of the devil witch and her captures as I've seen descriptions of the evil spirits being Native Americans. Which is not accurate in the least, as if you listen, Marion tells of how the natives will not go into the valley.
